1. The cassava slicer uses high-speed rotary cutting technology, which results in fast slicing speed and smooth cuts, avoiding problems such as broken pieces and continuous cuts. This ensures that the dried slices are of uniform thickness and are heated evenly during the subsequent drying process, thereby improving the yield of dried slices.

 

4. After washing, peeling and slicing, the cassava chips can be dried using different methods depending on the processing requirements, such as outdoor sun-drying, belt drying, or drying in a drying room.
